1) Guide

2) Passage guide

3) Cross Reference Section

4) Clicked on the star/favorites of "The NEW treasury of Scripture Knowledge" and app hung for about 30 seconds, star eventually selected

5) Click on the Link for  "The NEW treasury of Scripture Knowledge"  and the app hung. 

6) I  Did not see the verse change belowin the passage guide nor did the book open

7) Log and computer specs added

    Hi John,

    The Sync Manager was running during this time; I wonder if you could try the same thing with sync turned off, just to see what happens. It may not have anything to do with it hanging, but worth trying. To turn it off, type: 'set sync to no' in the Command box and press Enter.

    What video adapter is installed on your notebook? Could you check for a driver update?
