Best Video Settings for Proclaim for the Advanced User (In my opinion)

Here I will list advanced settings for videos that I have started using for my church. Of course if you're downloading from YouTube, just download an .MP4 (preferably HD) and you'll be good there.
So if you find yourself creating videos for your church, I'd recommend these settings.
*Note - I'm using Apple Compressor settings here; however, these settings can be used in many video transcoding software. This is for the NTSC broadcast standards.
Video Properties:
- H.264 for Broadband at 5Mbps
- Extension (.mp4)
- 1920 x 1080 (or 1280 x 720 if you're graphics card isn't up to par)
- 29.97 frames per second (or 24fps for film-like movement)
- H.264 profile: high
- Entropy mode: CAVLC
- Data rate: 6000kbps
- Lower this for smaller file size. Increase for better quality.
- Multi-Pass
Slightly more advanced settings:
***The quality here doesn't affect the file size; however, it does affect render times. Be prepared to wait if you set these to "Best."
- Cropping: Letterbox Area of Source
- Padding: Preserve Source Aspect Ratio
- Resize Filter: Best (Statistical Prediction)
- Retiming Quality: Best (Motion Compensated)
Audio Properties:
- 44.1 kHz
- In my experience, this can dramatically decrease the file size. Standard is 48kHz, but for anything web based or restricted on file size and bandwidth use 44.1kHz.
- Data Rate: *depends on the audio quality you're editing with.
- I set mine to 256kbps because I use iTunes Match.
- If your audio is under 120kbps, you really should find/re-record at a higher quality
Of course if you start with poor quality, you will end up with poor quality. SD footage CAN NOT become HD footage. Yes, you can fake it using various methods, but that's gaudy to me. The footage will either be stretched or blurry.
For those that took the time to read this, here is an Apple Droplet: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/47641631/Compressor_Proclaim.zip

To use the Apple Droplet, you may need Compressor. I'm unsure if you can use it without Compressor.
