Can't download Proclaim on second laptop

Hi,

I'm trying to download proclaim on my personal laptop in case we have issues on our main church computer tomorrow, but the download is not working. The downloader seems to be stuck at "downloading Logos 5 web script". Any ideas why its not working? There is no problem with my internet or anything like that.

Hello Jordan,

I'm not able to reproduce the issue you describe. The installer is downloads files from Amazon's S3 servers and everything looks healthy there. If you can post the log files from the last failed installation I can diagnose further

%TEMP%\Logos Log Files\ (e.g C:\Users\scott.alexander\AppData\Local\Temp\Logos Log Files)
