Media failed to load?
This morning I was working in proclaim at home and all of a sudden I could not get my backgrounds to load. Thinking it was a bad internet connection I came to the office to finish and find that it does not work here either.

The issues continued until 9:30 est and then the connection was on/off until 10:30. Major problems on a Sunday morning. If I can't trust it to work when I need it what good is this program.

Yes actually I did. We were about ready to start and I realized that I had not updated one of our slides. So I ran back to my office to do so real quick only to find after I had made the changed and hit sync, sync was not working.
So I emailed the changes to myself, went to the computer that was running proclaim, opened the email, copy/pasted into the presentation, as the service had already started by this point and finally got it finished.
So needless to say, not real super duper happy with Proclaim. Thanks for asking though.

Do you know when this was exactly? There were no known server issues this weekend, and when testing I never had an issue with syncing.

It was at 9:3o I had already put the presentation on air maybe that was the cause?

Also, if you could attach your logs to a post that would be great! They are located here:
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
Windows:
- XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
- Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

It was at 9:30 the presentation was on air when I first tried syncing but even after taking it off air and back on it didn't work.
