Hi great folks at Proclaim!
I have a curious issue that I'd like to get resolved as soon as I can. We needed to upgrade our A/V computer to Windows 8 so that Proclaim would continue to work. I also received a MacBook Pro for my own use.
Using both the MacBook Pro and the Windows 8 machine - the desktop display on the projection monitor is full screen on our projector when not using Proclaim "on air" but when we go "on air" proclaim displays with two large black bars above and below the image.
On my personal Windows 8 laptop that I was using as a temporary solution this did not happen.
I also know that it's not any size issues with any of my images as the "on screen Bible" slides are projecting with the black bars as well.
Even on video content it's not projecting correctly.
Can you help? Why would things work perfectly on my Windows 8 laptop but not this new machine and not my Mac? Again, the desktop displays when Proclaim is off are displaying correctly.
