Proclaim unable to download a required field allert

When opening Proclaim a window appeared saying, "Unable to download a required field" Now what do I do?

    This sounds like a message from the Proclaim for Windows installer. Is that the case? If so you can post the log files found in the temp directory here

    I don't know what to do with that suggestion, sorry.

    Sorry about that. Paste the path %TEMP%\Logos Log Files in the file explorer window shown below and press enter

    This will take you to the directory where the installer's log files are stored. 

    Reply back to this forum thread and add the log files in this directory as an attachment.

    Thanks for the log, I'll hand it off to the owner of that component. In the meantime, I recommend trying uninstalling the current version using Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and reinstalling the latest version from http://proclaimonline.com/app/download/
