For the past few weeks I haven't been able to pull up any presentations with my iPad or iPhone. It gives me a message "Presentation rendering request failed" when I try to control or even just view it.
I have not had any issues with the remote in house. When using the iphone, are you still connecting to the wifi? If so, have you tried not connecting to the wifi and using the Remote?
Also, does this only happen at certain times or is this a constant issue?
We took a look at your presentation data and it looks like you have a lot of notes on each service item. This should be fine, however there is some suboptimal layout code related to the notes that these presentations have revealed. We plan to deploy the fix for this soon but in the meantime if you reduce the amount of notes you have on each service item the remote should be much more responsive. Thanks for your patience.

We shipped a server side fix for this on Friday so you shouldn't have trouble using the remote for presentations with lots of notes per service item.
