This is now the third week in a row that I have gotten this error message on every device I try and use to access the proclaim remote app. I am officially over this app. Can you guys please do something and do it expediently?
I don't use Proclaim. However, it is important to know if you were able to access other sites on any of your devices.
It looks like the Proclaim Remote application is unable to connect to the internet. Do you have cellular or wifi data enabled? Are you able to browse to logos.com in your web browser?

I am trying to use it even now on Android device and it is still saying the same thing.
I wonder if there is an issue with firewalls or something similar blocking access to ports required by the remote app.
Spencer, what port does the app use?
Something to try - disable wifi on your phone and completely restart the remote app (make sure you kill the old instance so it doesn't try to resume from being suspended).
If this still doesn't work I'd recommend calling Logos customer service at 800-875-6467 and they should be able to walk you through some further debugging steps. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully we can get to a resolution quickly.
