A few things about this morning:
1. A song I had formatted a video background for (from your media library), showed up with a white background when I opened the presentation at church this morning. No biggie. Just changed the background, but why would that happen?
2. Video backgrounds from your media library were not playing during praise band rehearsal. Just static slides. I closed Proclaim, but when I tried to re-open it, clicking on icon or opening program would not respond. Had to re-boot computer. Proclaim worked then.
3. Very often during the service, the bottom left message "trying to connect to server" was showing continuously. I was too freaked out about possibly having to re-boot the computer, that I didn't touch it. Is "connecting to the server" an issue on our side or your side? How would I know?
4. When creating Content slides last night, Proclaim was responding **very slowly**. I cut and pasted sermon notes from a Wordpad doc and then added returns, spaces, etc. Every "space" and "return" had an extremely delayed response. Any ideas? Creating the presentation for today's service was agonizingly slow.'
