Proclaim losing PPT files (sync'd and unsync'd) when offline

I have had a problem now 3 times with Proclaim losing the sync'd Powerpoint file.  Once or twice it happened  when I loaded the file and selected "this computer only".  But it has now happened when I sync'd to my Proclaim site as well prior to shutting down my laptop as well.

I do run the computer offline (not resync'd) on Sunday mornings.  However, that is always how I have done it, but it is losing the powerpoint file for some reason.  I have to reload the file Sunday morning (offline).

How do I prevent this from happening?

Thanks,

Ben

Once or twice it happened  when I loaded the file and selected "this computer only"

I was not able to reproduce this issue here my workflow was as follows:

    1. Import a powerpoint
    2. Choose 'Local to this computer'
    3. Shut down Proclaim
    4. Disconnect from the internet
    5. Open Proclaim

At this point, the powerpoint that I had imported locally showed up correctly.

But it has now happened when I sync'd to my Proclaim site as well prior to shutting down my laptop as well.

This might be a different issue. When this happens, do you get a black slide with a red triangle in the bottom left corner like the following screen shot?

If this is the case, make sure that the powerpoint fully uploads before shutting down Proclaim. You also must make sure that your presentation fully syncs so that this will show when using Proclaim on another computer or offline. You can do this by clicking the sync button in the top right corner of Proclaim; this will force a sync. I will continue to test this and update you with what I find.
