Please help - Proclaim Losing Powerpoint files

Please help.  I have had a problem now 3 times with Proclaim losing the sync'd Powerpoint file.  Once or twice it happened  when I loaded the file and selected "this computer only".  However, it has now happened when I sync'd to my Proclaim site as well prior to shutting down my laptop as well.

On Sunday mornings, I do run the computer offline (not resync'd), but this is how I have always I have done it, but it is losing the powerpoint file for some reason.  As a result, I have had to reload the file Sunday morning (offline).

Has something changed or is there something different that I need to do?

I wonder if this is similar to what I've seen off and on, and even last night when I was putting everything together... My secretary does the announcement slides for the pre- and post-service loops of our two services. She puts them in a separate presentation, and then I copy and paste them into the pre/post loops, and in the opening part of the service if I want to highlight something. 

A few times the slides she prepared in PowerPoint 2013 (Win7 pc) looked fine on her pc, but when I tried to view them in a proclaim on either my office pc or sanctuary laptop, the slides were just blank white. I have to copy the ppt file from her pc onto mine, then re-import it into Proclaim. It just happens every once in a while, but I've learned to triple check the presentations for that and not just assume what she did is ok.
