Filing and storage of powerpoint presentations and service plans

We want to set up a filing and storage system for all the services so far created on Proclaim, plus specific Powerpoint presentations.  We do not want simply to "search", as the variable naming of files can cause omissions from the search results.

Does Proclaim do this, or do we need to hold a duplicate set elsewhere?  Please advise.

The only thing that you could do that is similar to what you are talking about it backing up your presentations using the 'Back up presentation' option in the 'new' menu. This way you could create an archive of your past presentations and if you wanted to open a specific one, you could restore it with the 'Restore presentation' option.
