I don't think that Proclaim has enough servers to handle the amount of traffic that use the program on Sunday mornings. During the week, while preparing slides, any edits or other changes I make are almost instantaneous. However, I have noticed that on Sunday mornings, it not only takes me longer to sync with the server, but everything I click to edit on any given slide causes the program to "lock up" temporarily while it tries to make the edit. As soon as I change the size of a text box or click a button to change the style of the text, I get the little spinning icon in the middle of the slide and have to wait sometimes up to 60 seconds for the change to be paid. And, unfortunately, that time is per change. So, a slide that can take me 3 minutes to edit, may be 10 minutes to edit on a Sunday morning.
As a precaution, I have also checked on the status of our internet, which seems to be running strong. So, I guess my question is, does Proclaim have any plans to add any servers any time soon to alleviate the latency and traffic on the obviously overworked servers?
