Group Editing

Is it possible to have a presentation that can be edited by multiple people from various computers at the same time? We have 3 different people working on a service lineup and I need to know how to give the other two people access to what I have edited and vice versa.

Proclaim was basically built around group editing.

Invite them to your group using Faithlife.com. I'm sure there are some tutorials on this: http://proclaimonline.com/support/videos.aspx

They have to sign up and then accept your invitation. When they launch Proclaim, they will be asked to login and when they do, they will be connected to your group. Then all they need to do is open the presentation like you would a normal document using File>Open

We currently have around 3 people every week putting together the presentation. The most we've had was 5.

I believe it's an unlimited amount in your group. You'd need to look at the software licening for more details on that.
