I have tried the software, and it is great, until you get to the second or third week and you re-add songs that are already there.  Please tell me how to get the slide layout, text size, and text color to carry over to the next time we use the song.

In addition, how do I setup standard templates.

Please let me know if I am missing something!!

The Reuse Items section in the Add Item popup will allow you to do this. If you want the same styling with different lyrics then add the item via Reuse Items and use the song entry helper to change the lyrics.

In addition, how do I setup standard templates.

Proclaim does not support "Templates" exactly. You can however create a presentation that you would like to function as a template and use the right click Duplicate option in the Open menu to create a fresh presentation from the template presentation each week.
