Transcoding Video Locks??

I have been trying to backup a proclaim presentation to my desktop and am unable to do so.
I get a screen that says "Transcoding Video" and it appears that something is occurring (blue spinning circle) but it has been over 45 minutes and nothing is changing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I have not run into this in house. Is the video quite large in the size? Does this happen with all videos or only the ones available in your presentation? If it still does not work for you, I would suggest trying to convert the video to something that can play on both platforms and see if this helps. Also, which presentation is giving you trouble? I would like to take a look on Monday and see if I can replicate your behavior.

When we backup a presentation we make sure all the files you might need for both aspect ratios and both platforms are available. If you have a video in your presentation which is not supported on Mac or Windows we will transcode the video to a supported format. We use a third party service for this transcoding and it's usually pretty quick to complete but there have been some slow periods reported.
Once the video transcoding has completed it will not need to be completed again. In other words if you retried backing up the presentation later or tried backing up a presentation with the same video in it the backup should complete very quickly.
