Video has no Sound
Two Sunday's ago I tested a video and it played fine with sound, upon going back to the video the image plays, but there is no sound. I have tried several videos and none of them will play sound. I checked the audio settings and they are set to play video audio. When I run the presentation from another computer the sound works fine. Playing background music via mp3's works fine as well, it is just video audio. Any ideas?

Video volume is stored as a local (not synced to other machines) preference. Have you insured the volume on the video item is not muted or turned all the way down?

Not at that computer right now to check, but would that sound setting be applied to new videos inserted as well? I've tried to add other videos and have the same issue.

Yes it would. The video volume will stay at the same level for all videos you create in a presentation since it is a user preference as Scott mentioned.
