Incomplete Features

While running Logos 4, the taskbar below the screen that can popup or be hidden, is not functioning: it cannot be 'unhidden' by moving the cursor to the base of the monitor screen. It worked for Logos 3

    I can get the same error as Tony

    Repro

    Set my Windows Taskbar to "autohide"
    Open IE8, and taskbar hides and appears as designed
    Open Logos 4, and taskbar remains hidden and will not appear

    Actual Result

    taskbar stays hidden on mousover

    Expected Result

    taskbar should appear on mouseover
