"Your Cart is Empty" error

Sunday morning and we are not able to go "ON AIR" because it said my cart is empty (Subscription is good thru Feb 2015). 

So I was forced to go "ON AIR" with "Watermark". 

How can this be fixed?

    Which presentation of yours is this affecting? I have not run into this in house and I would like to take a look to see what is going on.
