Have some questions about proclaim

Ok so I am playing with this today, and the phone staff isn't available. Maybe someone has some answers to my questions.

Is proclaimed licensed to a user? I noticed that you can install it on how ever many machines you want in your team, so does that mean I only have to buy it once? In other words do the other team members just have to have logos accounts, and log in to the software that I activate with the single key?

How does the congregation interaction work? I haven't seen any real documentation on that. Do they have to be part of the presentation group to interact with it?

Yes you only need one site license, the cost of which is based on the size of your church. You can download Proclaim to as many computers as you wish, your license will let you have one live presentation going at a time. All of your members can log into Logos or Faith Life Study Bible and follow the presentation. And since it is cloud based you can have multiple people prepare the presentation from the comfort of their own homes and you will have a finished presentation waiting for you when you get to the church computer.
