I cannot get NIV84 text

in Proclaim Forum

I select NIV84 on proclaim but shows NIV version.

I called support and was told the problem is with Biblia which does not help my problem. 

I preach with NIV84 and need to display NIV84.  Yes, I can copy and paste from Logos software, but then it defeats the purpose, which is the main reason we moved from PowerPoint to Proclaim so I would not have to cut and paste scriptures again. 

Suggestion please.

    This is IBS doing or whatever their name is now... The old NIV is phased out in the same way after 1984 edition came out the 1978 edition was no longer published. For lack of confusion they want only 2011 in use. I have heard rumours that the 1984may be introduced back as a study translation (for comparative purposes but should be usable fully). That said there is no guarantee even that will happen.

    Jose, I believe the problem is with Biblica (the publishers of the NIV), not Biblia (a Logos company web only Bible Study tool). Dan pointed out what has happened because of Biblica's decision regarding the NIV84.

    It seems strange that Proclaim would allow you to choose the NIV84 yet it doesn't work. Perhaps if that is really the case, it can be fixed. Otherwise you will have to use your Logos as the source of the NIV84 text and copy and paste it in.

    Mark is correct. However we should not be showing NIV84 as an available option. I'm really sorry about this, we're going to get it fixed very soon.
