Problem with context menu for more than one English word.
I Select "Caesarea Philippi" in Mark 8:37.
The right click context menu under "English" shows only "Caesarea".
This will open the Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary at the wrong entry Caesarea (Place) is Caesarea Marittima.
Similarly "Son of Man" or "Tiberius Caesar"
IMHO, I should be able to send such terms to my preferred bible dictionaries with only only two clicks: select, right click, keylink.
I should not have to hunt down the list for "English" select this and then have to select a dictionary (which take a while to appear).
Under biblical place or person, I appear to only have the choice of the New Bible Dictionary!

Thanks for this detailed report.
I believe it's doing the correct behavior for the English word it's showing; it should, however, be offering you a better list of destinations if you choose Caesarea Philippi as a "Place" on the context menu. We're still finalizing things in this area, and reports like this help.0 -
Bob, thanks for the response. I appreciate that the program may be set to only deal with the first word for the "English" data type. But, is there anyway to work with phrases from the right-click context menu - other than those phrases which have been tagged (or whatever) as biblical people, places or things.
What can one do with "son of perdition" or "son of Man"? Maybe there needs to be another dataset for biblical expressions.

The "Selection" tab (upper right) contains commands that pertain to the entire phrase rather than individual words. You can copy and search for the phrase.0

This is such a novel way of creating a pop-up menu, that I suspect a lot of people are going to need it explained to them. Those "tabs" don't appear to tabs at first glance. I was going to say "non-intuitive" but all new ways are really non-intuitive, and this could be a good way.

I do not want to search my entire library for "Son of Man," or open resources. I would like to be able to send such an expression to my preferred Bible Dictionary. Obviously, this has to do with tagging the resources, in the same way that names such as "Caesarea Phillipi" are tagged.
I will wait to see how the biblical places and people elements of the program develop. My hope is that they will offer the choice to select from one's preferred dictionaries and not just display maps.

As you can see - not much there.
The screen grab for "English" is only for Son. There are errors related to the language dictionaries being keyed to English. This is, I believe, being fixed:

They must be relying on the general search to do things that keylink used to do. Note that there isn't any equivalent for keylink summary, either. It's going to take more steps to find multiword dictionary entries.
If we have to live with this, maybe they could have a setting that automatically opens the first search result in a window (the way keylink does now). It would be nice to be able to add specific collections to the list of search ranges in the Selection menu (i.e., Search "Dictionaries and Encyclopedias").
EDIT: I guess the Power Lookup is like keylink summary, huh? The more I think about it, it really seems that the English tab should have the whole selection.
