Proclaim 1,24 crash when going on aie
Had my first Proclaim failure yesterday, When attempting to go on air with no internet proclaim 1.24 crashed. All monitor settings are correct. The program works fine with internet connected. Log files are attached.1185.Proclaim.log

The logs arent indicating any sort of crash. Does this happen with every presentation, or only a certain presentation? If it is a certain presentation, what is the name of it? I would love to take a look. Also, does this happen on Window or Mac?

Interesting, I have not run into this in house. I will try and reproduce your issue and publish a bug report. When you are going on air, are you connected to the internet? I was seeing a lot of failed web calls in your logs and I wondered if that had anything to do with the crash.

We do not have internet at church, have never had any problems until 1,24

We're experiencing the same problem. Windows version and only when connected to another monitor. When I just now connected with an internet connection via an HDMI cable it worked flawlessly. I brought all of the equipment home with me and hooked up just as we would on Sunday. Nada. Hooked my computer back to the internet and voila, perfect. As our worship leader put it, "I think it feels a need to connect to the 'mother ship.'"

I have not been able to reproduce a crash without a network connection but I was able to reproduce Proclaim hanging when trying to go on air without an internet connection. I will be investigating more so I can publish a bug report and get this fixed.

Thats what happens you have to close the program to do anything else.

I just downloaded the latest update and I am still experiencing a freeze when connected to a second monitor. It seems to run fine if I do not use the notes feature. I am on a Mac Pro which is running OS X 10.9.4 (13E28).

Which presentation is this affecting? I would love to take a look and see what is going on. What do you mean by not using the notes feature? Like you are not adding sermon notes to your slides?

I am using Proclaim version 1.24 (1.24.0.0511). What I mean "by not using notes." Under the settings drop down menu I setup the windows so that notes is enabled on the computer and slides is on the projector.

We were able to reproduce this and will ship an update today. This affects the Mac version only. Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.
