Hello
Installed recent update and now Proclaim will not sync. Uninstalled/Reinstalled twice to no avail. No local network issues... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Kyle
HI Kyle,
I'm sorry to hear it. Are you using Proclaim on a Windows or Mac computer?
Hi Tommy,
Windows 8
If you post the Proclaim.log file here we should be able to tell what's going on.

Do you see a file named Proclaim.log in that directory? It should have the logging info I need.
Proclaim Log Files
-awesomium
-cef
-Proclaim ???????
-Proclaim Error
-Proclaim Error 2
Assuming the file titled Proclaim is the correct file, how much should I copy and paste as their is a very large amount of data
Yes, the file named Proclaim. Sorry for the confusion, I forget that most people don't show file extensions in Windows Explorer. You should be able to attach the file in your reply using the little paperclip icon above.
038585.Proclaim.log
Thanks for the log. Seeing lots of failing calls, not just related to sync.
Can you use a web browser to navigate to www.logos.com successfully? Can you sign in?
Have you changed your Logos/Proclaim password lately? If So try signing out and signing back in to the app.
Logos log in successful.
Password is original password.
Logged out of proclaim app. Attempted to sign in and "An error occurred while trying to contact the server, please try again later"
* I also have Proclaim installed under the same account on a secondary workstation. The Program is running with no noticeable issues at this station.
Do you have any antivirus software running on the machine? If so try temporarily disabling it and restarting Proclaim.
hmmm...my antivirus program (Norton 360) will not open.
Thank you for your help Scott. Hopefully you found the culprit. Once I get the non-responding antivirus figured out, I'll drop back in and let you know the outcome.

No problem. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
Scott, I am back online and rolling for this Sunday. Thank you again for your fast replies and accuracy in solving this issue!
I am having the exact same issue but with Mac OSX. No recent changes, but after an update a few versions ago the sync broke. I can provide my log tomorrow, but are there any obvious things I should check or known bugs? No antivirus is installed.
