Tired of always wondering if it will work or not

We had same problem as many others this morning. Updated with newest version this morning, nothing else changed, yes had good stable internet connection and it crashed 8 times during rehearsal and twice during the warm up so just went with PDF version of the song lyrics and no multimedia support and no scripture reference support. This is a large expense to have to resort to pdf's.

    Hello there,

    I am sorry to hear this. We are actively investigating issues related to web pages today that seem to be causing issues with Mac users. I looked at your presentation and there are a few items that use web pages, however I was unable to reproduce the crash with your presentation. Did it only crash at certain times (such as in the warm up section) or did it crash in every part of the presentation. Also, do you have logs from this past Sunday? If you do, please post them, specifically the Proclaim.log and ProclaimCrash.txt files. They should be located here:

    Mac:

    • /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
    • The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
