The delay in this product has been due to some unforseen complexities regarding differering Lema schemes I think. (There's a post around here somewhere from Bob Pritchett).

One issue I would like to point out. Frequently letters and mispronounced based on the dagesh. For example the letter Bet is pronouced either bet or vet depending on the presence or absence of the dagesh. This is something frequently missed. Strong's frequently transliterates this incorrectly.

It is not free. It will be $29.95 (at least it is if you order it now on prepub). I consider that a bargain for all the work that has to be going into it. Go to http://www.logos.com/products/prepub/details/5960 to place your prepub order
