Luther's Works Upgrade 2: Where are other volumes that have been published?

I see Luther's Works Upgrade 2 is now in pre-pub, and it includes volumes 75 and 76. I know there are several other volumes that are missing in the sequence because they haven't been published in print yet (56, 57, 61-67 and 70-74). But what happened to volumes 68 and 69 which have already been published by Concordia and are available in Kindle format? Those should be included in Luther's Works Upgrade 2.
