Hi Marc,
Thank you for the report, please continue to post about any issues you find. Fortunately, this crash actually has the same cause (the same a bug in the Yosemite beta) as your previous report in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/89020.aspx, even though you were nowhere near a file open/save dialog ;-) It should disappear whenever Apple releases another update to Yosemite.
A little background:
This and the previous crash are related to a bug in the scrolling behavior of certain types of views in Yosemite. We share some of that behavior with the open/save dialog in some of our views, so you'll sometimes see the crash in different parts of the application that allow scrolling. If you want an easy way to tell if you crash that you experience in Yosemite has the same cause, you can open the Proclaim.log file and search for "Unexpected outstanding background CATransaction". It will always be at the near the bottom of the file. If you find that line, the crash will likely be resolved with the next Yosemite update. If you don't see the line, please create a post with your logs as you've been doing as they're definitely helpful to us.
Thanks,
Ish
