Is it possible to export from Proclaim to PDF? of some other format, Word or PPT?
There is no way to export per se. However, if you go to http://documents.logos.com and sign in using your proclaim name and password you can access images and notes on all of the slides in your presentation. Just sign in, click on your name in the upper left hand corner and then choose your presentation group from the list. You can then open any presentation in your group. If you click on the images of the slides they will open in a lightbox on your computer and you can right click and save the image or simply drag the larger image to the desktop to download it. You could then put these into a word document or print them. It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it might help. Have a great day!
I just figured out how to print from proclaim using windows after wondering about it for about a year. This is actually what has kept us from purchasing and using proclaim here at church so I am really grateful and thought I would share it on this forum:
Right click on the the name of your presentation
Click save as images
Choose a destination folder
Click Save - a “Saving Slides as Images” box will come up. When it is done…
Click “Show in folder.” A Windows Explorer box will come up, likely with a preview of all the images.
Select all the images anyway you like - I use Control-A.
Click Print on the top of the Windows Explorer menu.
Pick the printer and options you want and click print.
If you want to save as a pdf, use a PDF printer such as CutePDF available online.
Hope this is helpful!
Where are you right clicking the name of the presentation? I haven't been able to make it work. Someone asked for a copy of the slides and I don't know how to send them to him.
I can't find any of my Proclaim presentations at the site you suggested. Where else might they be?
Hello Sean,
If you go to documents.logos.com and click on your name, you will have a drop down menu. Relocate to your Presentation group and they should all be there!
