My videos downloaded off of Firefox have no sound when playing through Proclaim. Any idea why?

Do they have sound when opened using Windows Media Player or Quicktime (Mac)?
same issue, and yes mine have found in QT...help!
One other thing to check is that the volume level for the individual item is not set to 0 or muted. If this is not the case then please provide the name of the presentation and service item and I'll take a look.

I took a look at your most recent presentation and it looks like the volume was set to zero for video items. When changing this to an audible volume, the sound from videos could be heard. If you could confirm that this is the case, that would be great!

Jim, when you mouse over the video in the edit, preview or on air mode there is a volume control that appears in the lower right corner (see below). Ensure that it and your computer's volume level are adjusted properly.
