We uploaded a countdown video to Proclaim that is 5 minutes in length, but Proclaim says it is 16:04. When we play it, it only lasts 5 minutes. The problem is we want it in the warmup section but then it wants to start 16 minutes before the service instead of 5 minutes. The only work around is to change the service start time by 11 minutes. What are we doing wrong to avoid it this in the future or fix this problem now. We are running the latest version of Proclaim (1.24).
