For some reason, the software installer isn't working. I get the following message after I execute the .exe file:

Can't find the Proclaim Setup file log though...
I don't have any temp file at all. What can I do?
There's only the Logos file, but nothing related to proclaim.
When you open up Windows File Explorer and enter the text %TEMP% and press enter what do you see? I would expect you to see your temp folder. From there you should be able to find the Logos Log Files directory which should have the log file we're asking for.

I see the following in the log - The installer file for Proclaim was corrupted during the download. Please run Setup again.
Have you tried running setup again? Do you have any anti-virus software running? You could try temporarily disabling it an install Proclaim again.
I've tried installing several times (more than 7, actually). I just disabled the antivirus (Avast, by the way), and it still doesn't work. I even downloaded the .exe file twice to make sure it wasn't a bad download. Can't get it to work. Please, help!
We are looking into the issue right now (it has to do with the locale settings on your machine) but unfortunately we do not have a good workaround. I will keep you updated as we move towards fixing the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to give an update. A developer will be looking into this issue today to find a solution.

The problem has to do with replacing the English with Spanish in the user interface of the Proclaim installer files. We're working on a fix for this, but in the meantime, there's an easy workaround. You can find the two Proclaim installer files in your C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Install\Installers folder. They're called ProclaimPrerequisites.msi and Proclaim.msi. You should be able to double-click on each of these files to install the Proclaim components. Please let us know how that goes!
