We use the OSB weekly...usually with the Book introductions, and usually with no problems. This Sunday, we did not choose to use the Book intros as we were planning to draw from several books and didn't want there to be a time lag. The first page showed up blank. The animation kicked in, and the reference was at the bottom, but there was no highlighted text. I used the keyboard arrow to move forward, and the next slides appeared correctly. I arrowed back to the first slide, it, too, appeared correctly. This actually happened several weeks ago and I failed to report it. The thing that both instances seemed to have in common was the lack of book introductions. As I said, we almost always use them, the two times we didn't, a blank (or no bolded text) slide appeared first.
