Proclaim running in the background after exiting (Windows)

it seems Proclaim remain running in the background after I exit the program either direct close or sign out.

i have attached a screenshot and log files for reference.

    Nothing unusual in the logs, I expect this is related to the video playback issues you're experiencing.
