Yesterday our volunteer team had an issue with two slides (a slide with scripture, and a slide with text I'd written) having a Proclaim watermark that they couldn't figure out how to remove under the presentation "September 28 Worship Set" for Adorn Church. A warning popped up saying we didn't have the licenses for these two slides and asked us to purchase the licensure, or else have watermarked slides. These slides have been used multiple times in past presentations. Can you please let me know how to prevent this issue from happening in future presentations?
The only thing that we altered this week as we added one more login account to the group, which has moderator status, which was intended to be the volunteer team login account.
