Proclaim Losing Uploads and Freezing

Oddly enough, the computer (PC) I used to upload the sermon video this week (and project from) had 2 problems.

1.  Though I loaded the powerpoint, it disappeared (just red "!"'s) when I restarted and prepared to run projection from it (offline) on Sunday.  Yet, when I just checked the online from another computer (iMAC) today (Monday), the powerpoint was there and just fine.  I did nothing online between those times.

2.  Proclaim crashed 3 times pre-service.  Each time we had to log out and restart.  The pre-service loop was pretty useless as a result.

Any others having this problem?  New release issue?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. No known issues with the current release. There have been some reports of crashing while presenting when the service contains videos. It seems to be related to specific video drivers and versions. Please try running Windows Update on the machine and installing all the updates. Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
