I've searched but have not found an answer concerning background worship loops.
Several of our staff have uploaded worship loops to our library. Presently we are having a problem with the worship loops in our services only having motion for 15-30 seconds and then they become stills.
I've noticed when uploading a video to the library there is a check box to mark "loop". My question is this,
If a video is uploaded and the box is NOT checked to LOOP, does that mean the "worship loop" will not loop in a song? Or, in other words, does that video just play it's length and then become still, as we are experiencing in our services?
The next question is significant. How can we fix this?
There seems to be no way to know if a worship loop in our library was uploaded with the "loop" box checked or not. There also appears to be no way to change the option (either to check or uncheck the "loop" box) once a video has been uploaded.
In a similar way, which is also frustrating, there seems to be no way to add or edit TAGS to videos or still images, once they have been uploaded to the library.
Is the only solution to delete everything we've uploaded and start over, making sure to mark the checkbox for "loop" and being sure to include any and every tag you will ever possibly want to use in the future?
Thanks for the help.
Dave
