Several members following a presentation are experiencing loosing the connection during the presentation.  When they review their map app it appears they are no longer at the presentation site according to the map.  However they are stationary at the presentation site.  After a while the map app resets them to their actual location and they are able to re-connect to the presentation.  Is there a way to avoid this?

Once a presentation is being followed, the reported location of the device shouldn't matter (you could even turn off location services on the device, and the device wouldn't stop following the active presentation). The map application is likely reporting the last position it recorded while it was in use, which is why you would see the incorrect location until it has a chance to update after startup. To rule out any issues in this area, you could open the map application first, let it update, and then open the Logos or Faithlife apps.

Is there anything in common between the devices of the members having issues (e.g., all iOS or Android, all on WiFi or all on the cellular network)? If the device temporarily loses its internet connection, the presentation will stop being followed until the connection is restored.  A network issue might be the most likely cause.
