I opened Proclaim in Mavericks 10.9.5 today and it promptly crashed. I didn't even get to use it.
Here are the logs.

I am not seeing anything in the logs that indicate a crash and I was able to sign in as you. I do see some failed web requests but that is all. When exactly does the app crash? When signing in, or when Proclaim tries to open the last opened presentation?
Try deleting this file on your machine: /Users/Marc/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/Data/3830qs34.34u/LocalApplicationPreferencesManager/PreferencesManager.db
After this is deleted, try restarting Proclaim and see if you can reproduce the crash.
