Proclaimed crashed expectedly. It was running but I wasn't doing anything at the time.

Proclaim ran out of memory, this is a known issue on 10.10 and we have a fix in place and will be released before 10.10
As a work around, scroll the Order of Service list box and it loads new items into memory and forces the garbage collection to free the unneeded objects. See Also: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/90888.aspx
