Graceway Media

Hello-

We are having trouble with our Graceway Total Media subscription. Often none of the Graceway Media shows in the My Content area. Additionally, none of the just released items show. I often find myself downloading media from Graceway and then uploading it to Proclaim. Any ideas on what's going on?

By the way...I just relinked the Graceway account today...

    We may be behind a bit in our integration of the latest Graceway content. I'll follow up on that Monday.

    If your account is linked the Graceway content should show in the My Content section. Is it not for you right now?

    Jumping in here for a second. I checked out your account and I was able to see Graceway content within 'My Content' when signed in as you. However I did notice that there was also Graceway content in the store. This made me curious to what was going on and then I noticed that the Graceway account you linked is only for still backgrounds; This would explain why not all Graceway content would show up in the 'My Content' section.

    Only problem with this is that we do have the Total Media membership. I just checked with Graceway.

    Please try removing and re-linking your Graceway account and let me know how it goes. There was a server side issue on our end which may have been to blame for the issues you were experiencing.
