Services interruption

Our data center ISP has been experiencing intermittent outages beginning at 9:15am PDT. All Proclaim services could potentially be impacted by this outage. I apologize for any interruption this causes you and we'll post more info here when we have it.

On a related note - our operations team has already been working towards migrating all our servers to a larger data center located in Seattle. This will be a significant improvement from our current solution, providing increased bandwidth, higher availability, and decreasing the request/response time for all requests. This migration is planned to be complete in a few weeks.

That's not what I'm seeing. I have tried to launch Proclaim 3 times and every time it stops working and closes. Same problem we were experiencing yesterday, even on different computers.

I just impersonated your account and was able to reproduce the crash. It's not related to the services outage. I'll follow up with you offline shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yup- that was about when our iPads quit working. Just shut off the presentation and went dark. Not a good morning...
