No Signals Going Out Once Proclaim Is On Air

For some reason there are no signals going out to anyone's phone or iPad showing a presentation when it is up and running on air.  It was working in the past and not in the past two weeks.  Just checked to make sure the signals are on and it shows that the signals are there.  Our subscription is up to date. Any help appreciated.   Thanks

Interesting, there have not been issues that I know of on our side. I just tried importing your most recent presentation, changed the address to my current location, and went on air with it. When viewing a book within the Logos mobile app, the signals of your presentation were visible and worked correctly for me. Since this is the case, I would make sure that the physical address of your presentation is correct (just to make sure). After this, I would check if location services on phones trying to access the signals are enabled.

Another thing to check would be that the phones/tablets trying to access the signals are viewing a book with the Logos/faithlife study bible app. If you are not viewing a book (viewing the home screen, settings, etc.), the signals will not show up in the app.
