Help locating particular NT Resource

I saw a book here on Logos that was basically snippets of relevant non-biblical texts for the NT. It's not a full discussion or full translation of those texts, but kind of a verse-by-verse "here's what's relevant for this verse from Josephus or the Dead Sea Scrolls, or Philo" etc.
Any suggestions? Does that ring any bells?

Sounds like you are referring to what are known as catenas.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

It's a recent publication, last 20 years, maybe last 5.
