How to Project Multiple Displays

I'm new to this program and setting up the display, but would love some help if at all possible.

Our congregation recently made the switch to proclaim and would like to use throughout all our services. We need to know the best way to present it on the projection screens however...

Currently the software is installed on a MacBook Pro. I'm aware of how to make the same display appear on projector via VGA adapter.

My question is how could I set up TWO different displays. One where I can see the dashboard/control menu on the MacBook, and have the actual 'On Air' presentation visible via the projector. Would I need to set up and additional computer screen and have THAT projected via the projector somehow?

Proclaim uses your Displays and under the "Settings" menu is where you choose what to show on each display. You'll need to add a second display and send the "Slides" to the projector screen, you can show nothing on the MacBook and just use the Proclaim app to control the presentation.

I'm sure someone will reply (but you can also search the forum) for best setup for in service.

If you make sure to set the projector up as a secondary display (not mirroring) Proclaim should "just work". You can tweak which display Proclaim uses for what using the Settings menu posted above. Also, if you're limited to a single display you can switch between the on air window and the control window using Command+` (back tick).
