We are looking at some ways to better our proclaim usage, so here are a couple questions we have that could help us and maybe others.

1) There there any way to put the "Warn up" on a timer? This is helpful that you do not have to rely on someone to keep an eye out for the time, but rather, you can set that your 5 minutes countdown will start at 10:25AM and your service will start at 10:30.

2) when adding at Video to the Pre-service loop, it seems not to loop but rather just sit on the frozen video screen.  Anyone know of any way to change this.  The box to select to loop is greyed out.

Here is a screen shot of my Sunday Service that starts at 10:00.

As you can see I have the time set for 10:00. The warmup video runs for 5.03 minutes. This will start exactly 5.03 minutes to 10:00 cutting off whatever is playing in the Pre Service loop. You can add as much stuff to the Warm up as you want Proclaim will work back to the time necessary to start the loop in order to start your service on time. At 10:00 the Warm Up stops and the first slide (in my case Welcome) appears on the screen ready for you to carry on.

All the items in the Pre-service loop are supposed to play through once and then move onto the next item. The whole section loops. If you were able to set a video to loop it would never progress and the congregation would not see rest of the items. So you are not allowed to set it to loop. That is why the option is greyed out.
