this book didn't get the download when I bought Anglican Diamond.

It looks like that resource is one of those that is coming from prepub and is still in process. You should receive it when it is finished.
It should have been marked as such on the base package page. That it is not is a bug.

Shouldn't that resource have something on the right corner that would say its part of a bigger collection? (Anglican package)
Also, isn't the "add to cart" supposed to be greyed out too?

Correct on both counts. After stabilizing the website, the web team is now trying to clear up these kinds of errors. Do keep an eye on it, and if it hasn't changed in... perhaps... 24 hours contact CS to make sure that you do have the license.

This looks like a case of mixing up product IDs on the backend. This should actually display as John Polkinghorne Science and Theology Series (12 vols.), which *is* included with the Anglican package (and not this non-Anglican devotional title).
Hopefully we'll get it fixed soon!

I was very happy that I'm getting Jimmy Evan's book. He's a great preacher on the subject of marriage.
I guess you guys wouldn't honor what I bought then???
