Program Settings window resize

If you move the program settings tab to a new pane where it is resized, the chevrons and help icons move to the right hand side, but the labels remain cut off and just using the left had side of the window.

    Adjusting the text size  > 100% makes it so the labels are cut off regardless of the the "scalin" is set to.

    If you move the program settings tab to a new pane where it is resized, the chevrons and help icons move to the right hand side, but the labels remain cut off and just using the left had side of the window.


    Even in the default pane size with text and scaling at 100%, the word "transliteration," in the Transliteration Format section, is cut off. It appears the first column needs to be adjusted. This has been reported. The white space is not visible when the pane is at default size.
