Proclaim Lag

There has been continuous lag within the software. There is a 5-10 second gap between making changes, which makes editing text extremely problematic and time consuming. I will click on an item and wait 5-10 seconds before it will pull up the item. I'll delete a word in the lyrics text and wait for it to process the change. I thought it was a CPU issue on my part, but it seems to be unique to Proclaim software on my Macbook. Any advice?

Hmm, this doesn't sound normal. Posting a log file from a session which contained some the lag might help. The Proclaim.log file is located in the directory listed below.
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
If this doesn't give us any clues I can have one of our Mac developers reach out to you to turn on some enhanced logging which may also help.

Hi Scott
How about sticking a post to the top of the forum with this information plus a few words about actually gathering and posting the logs.
In the long run it might save you some time.

We have a post like that here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx
It should probably be renamed.
