Images and Video not Showing
I load everything (for our children's environment) on my office mac to the group so that Sunday morning we can run it off our windows desktop. I have used proclaim for about 2 years and haven't had any issues.
This past Sunday I went to go on air and noticed that the images were loaded into the presentation, but they were not showing on the preview nor the on air screen. I just did an update this morning on our windows machine to the version 1.25 (1.25.0.0406) and it's still not showing during the presentation nor during edit or preview.
The screenshot below is from our windows computer. I can even access the media files from this machine, but it doesn't show them in the preview below.

Does this happen with all service items or just the image slideshow shown in the screenshot? I've impersonated your account and I see the images just fine. I wonder if the downloaded images got corrupted somehow... I'll follow up with you offline.

Did this get resolved?? Because the same thing happens to me. I uploaded an image on my computer in the office then when I went to the sanctuary computer you could see the name of what I uploaded and it wasn't there - white blank though. That has happened sometimes with powerpoint slideshows as well. I load them one place and it doesn't show the other and vice versa. Just curious what the answer is . Thanks.

We did have an issue earlier today in which the thumbnails of slideshows failed to load. The main image used in the presentation was not affected. This issue was server side and has been resolved. Does this sound like what you were experiencing? If you restart Proclaim it should be resolved.

It didn't show up in the thumb nail or the main image. On Sunday I did have him go out of proclaim and come back in but it still was blank.

I would verify that the image is being uploaded to your group; I only say this because usually when a service item shows as a blank white slide, it is because it was added as a local only image on another computer or the upload job for the image has failed.

Hello Shelly, If you provide the name of the presentation I can take a look at the item in question and verify if what Spencer suggests is the issue.
